    比赛形式:个人比杆赛和四人最佳球位赛
    记分规则:记分使用Golflive(如果手机上没有这个App, 请在赛前下载并注册)比赛以Golflive的提交的成绩为最终结果,一个组里可以选派一位队员使用GolfLive记录成绩,另一位使用纸质记分卡,记分时请一定注意是按实际击球杆数输入和记录成绩。完成比赛后,请每组负责人,确保GolfLive成绩的准确性,与同组球员确认后,完成比赛并上传

    比赛规则: 严格按照USGA规则, 净杆使用
    新新贝利亚进行计算
    1. 安全第一,等前一组的人离远了再开球
    2. 时间第二,一场球在4个半到5个小时之间,如果感觉前面的组速度太慢,请向巡场员汇报
    3. 找球不超过3分钟,球进入长草请打暂定
    4. 最高成绩是double par
    5. 如果不是鸟或者帕,推杆杆身不含握把之内可以给球

    比杆赛Tee 台安排:
    专业组: GHIN 差点在13及以下的选手打蓝Tee
    精英组: 年纪超过60或GHIN差点超过13的选手打白tee
    女士组 : 女士打 Red tee
    青少年组: 根据年龄选择
    44球最佳球位规则:
    Tee台:男士打白Tee,女士打红Tee
    差点:4人最佳球位, 差点计算按照从低到高:25%+20%+15%+10%规则:每洞四位选手分别开球,团队选择最佳位置的球,在那个位置进行Mark, 每位选手分别在Mark 6英寸范围内,远离球洞的方向放置球,但不能改变球的状态(如二级草不能放到球道,长草不能放到二级草)进行击打下一杆,直到球进洞
    沙坑:球位选择沙坑的只能两位选手进入沙坑击打
    开球:每位选手至少贡献3个开球

    一杆进洞奖:
    第14洞:奖金$50,000,男子157码, 女子142码

    其他奖项:
    最近旗杆奖:第4,6,12,14洞
    最远发球奖:第10洞

    Dear Club 808 Members and Guests,
    Welcome to the 2024 Club 808 Open. We are so glad to have you here. We wish you the best of luck in achieving excellent results and having a delightful day. Check-in is located in front of the Pro Shop at the golf course, and the dinner will be held at the club’s John M. Bodenhamer Pavilion. After registering at check-in, you will receive your designated golf cart number and dinner table number. Please remember to keep the drink tickets and raffle tickets included in your participant gift bag. The organizing committee has outlined the schedule and important information for the tournament day as follows:

    Scoring Instructions: Scores will be recorded using the GolfLive app (please download and register the app before the tournament if you don’t have it on your phone). The results will be based on the scores submitted via GolfLive. One member of each group can be designated to use GolfLive for scoring, while another can use a paper scorecard. When recording scores, please ensure that the actual number of strokes taken is accurately entered and recorded. After completing the round, the designated group leader should verify the accuracy of the GolfLive scores, confirm with fellow group members, and then finalize and upload the scores.

    Tournament Rules: strictly follow USGA rules. Net scores will be calculated using new new peoria.
    1. Safety first, wait until the preceding group is at a safe distance before teeing off.
    2. Time is of the essence; a round of golf should be completed within 4.5 to 5 hours. If you find the group ahead is playing slowly, please report it to the course marshal.
    3. Spend no more than 3 minutes searching for a lost ball; if your ball goes into tall grass, consider playing a provisional.
    4. The maximum score for a hole is double par.
    5. If not putting for birdie or par, Gimmie is allowed when the putter’s shaft is within the grip.

    Stroke Play Tee Assignments:
    Professional Division: Players with a GHIN handicap of 13 and below will tee off from the Blue Tees.
    Elite Division: Players aged 60 and above, or those with a GHIN handicap exceeding 13, will tee off from the White Tees.
    Women’s Division: Female participants will tee off from the Red Tees.
    Youth Division: Tee selection will be based on age.

    Four Person Scramble Match Play Rule:
    Tee
    : Men tee off from the White Tees, while women tee off from the Red Tees.
    Handicap: the handicap calculation is as follows, from low to high: 25% + 20% + 15% + 10%.
    Rules: On each hole, all four players tee off individually. The team selects the best ball position and marks it. Each player places their ball within a 6-inch radius of the marked position, away from the direction of the hole. The ball’s state cannot be altered (e.g., a ball in the rough grasses cannot be placed on the fairway). Play continues in this manner until the ball is holed.
    Bunkers: If the ball in the bunker is selected, only two players are allowed to enter and take shots.
    Tee Shots: Each player must contribute at least 3 tee shots.

    Hole-In-One Prize:
    Hole # 14: $50,000, Men’s at 157 yards, Women’s at 142 yards.

    Closest to the Pin: Holes #4, 6, 12, and 14.Longest Drive: Hole #10

    一、赛事概述

    1.赛事名称: “ 摩根斯坦利杯”2024 年 808 高尔夫俱乐部西雅图巡回赛 , 简称 “ 西巡赛 ”

    2 .主办方: 808 高尔夫俱乐部 

    3. 赞助方: 摩根斯坦利Allison Buxbaum Group

    4. 比赛时间 : 2024 年 3 月 ~10 月,每月举行一场,具体时间赛前通知为准,比赛时间将在比赛前10天通知。

     5. 比赛场地及负责人: “ 西巡赛 ” 每一站地点各不相同, 届时会另行通知。

    二、 参赛资格 

    1 . 参赛资格仅限于808高尔夫俱乐部注册的会员 。 

    2. 所有参赛选手必须在赛事开始前三天完成报名手续 。 已报名参加的选手如缺席比赛必须向组委会赞助$80.

    三、比赛规则

    1 . 比赛形式:本年度 “ 西巡赛 ” 采用单打形式 ,每位选手需完成18洞比赛。

    2. 比赛规则:参赛选手需遵守高尔夫比赛的规则和惯例,包括但不限于球洞标记、球杆使用、球的放置和移动等规定。

    3.罚杆规则:按808俱乐部有关规定执行。

    4.选手差点计算:采用新新贝利亚记差点。

    5.记分方法:每组有两名选手记分,一人负责golf live,一人负责手写计分卡(包括推杆)。

    四、奖项设置

    1.西巡赛每站比赛设总杆和净杆奖,总杆杆数最少的三名选手分别为该站比赛的冠、亚、季军,净杆杆数最少的三名选手为该站比赛的净杆冠、亚、季军。每站的冠、亚、季军将获得奖牌和奖金,同时还获得参加年终总决赛的资格。

    2.每站比赛还设最近洞、最远开杆、最少推杆、最大进步、擒鹰抓鸟等奖项。

    五、赛事组织

    1.赛事组委会将负责赛事的组织和管理,包括场地的准备、规则制定、报名、成绩统计和公布。

    CLUB 808 RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

    IN CONSIDERATION of being permitted to participate, in any way, in any of the events or activities (whether sports-related or not) (collectively, “Events”) organized, participated, sponsored, or facilitated by Club 808 (a Washington non-profit corporation) (“Club 808”), I, ______________________________ (Participant’s Name) (the “Participant”, “I”, or “me”), acknowledge and agree to the following:

    Assumption of Risk. I understand that the Events (e.g., golf tournaments, training sessions, other types of sports activities or competition, etc.) provided by Club 808 may include activities that are inherently dangerous to me. I hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or harm from these Events and release Club 808 (including the Club 808 Parties, as defined below) from all liability for injury, illness, death, financial losses, or property damage resulting from any Club 808 Events. I acknowledge my participation in Club 808 Events is purely voluntary and I elect to participate in spite of and with full knowledge of the inherent risks.

    Hold Harmless. I release and forever discharge and hold harmless Club 808, its directors, officers, governors, agents, employees, and volunteers, and its successors and assigns (collectively, the “Club 808 Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the Club 808 Events, including without limitation claims arising out of negligence. I understand and acknowledge that this release discharges the Club 808 Parties from any liability or claim that I may have against the applicable Club 808 Parties with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, financial losses, or property damage that may result from my involvement in Club 808 Events to the most extent permitted by the applicable laws.

    Liability Notice. I acknowledge Club 808 does not provide insurance or similar coverage for any participants or other persons (e.g., any of their family members or friends accompanying them) injured, nor property lost, stolen or damaged during any Events. Club 808 is not liable to the Participant/me, or other persons injured during the event nor property lost, stolen or damaged.

    Adherence to Event Rules. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Club 808 and other organizers of or related to the Events. I understand failure to do so may result in my disqualification from the Events at the sole discretion of Club 808. I acknowledge no refund will be given to participants that are removed for failure to adhere to event rules and regulations.

    Code of Conduct. I agree to conduct myself in a professional manner throughout the Events and to treat fellow participants, volunteers, and event staff with full respect and courtesy.

    Media Consent and Release. Club 808 may use my image (photograph and/or video taken at the event) for media publications, including, but not limited to, social media, newsletters, publications, email blasts, and other promotional materials. By allowing Club 808 to use my image, I waive the right to inspect or approve images or other media and waive the right to royalties or other compensation in connection with use of my image. I fully consent to the use of my name, likeness, and photographs or video footage of me taken during Events for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

    Indemnification. I shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Club 808 (including the Club 808 Parties) from and against any claim, demand, cause of action, loss or liability (including attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation) for any property damage or personal injury arising from my participation in Club 808 Events. In no event shall Club 808, be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damages arising from my use of equipment or participation in the applicable events.

    No Warranties. I understand no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from Club 808 (or from Club 808’s affiliates, members, invited speakers/lecturers) creates any warranties. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Club 808 (and the Club 808 Parties) disclaims all liabilities and warranties of any kind, either express or implied with respect to any error, inaccuracy in, or omission from the information contained or supplied through its website, a seminar, course, event, webinar or workshop, or any loss or damage suffered by any person or business directly or indirectly (including without limitation consequential loss) through relying on any information provided during or through any of Club 808 Events.

    Informational and Educational Content Only. I understand the information provided at Club 808 Events is intended for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute and should not be relied upon as financial/legal/professional advice. The Club 808 is not a licensed financial/legal advisor, and the content presented should not be considered as financial, investment, or legal advice. Club 808 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information presented during its Events and is not liable for any errors or omissions. I acknowledge and accept the terms of this disclaimer and agree that I am solely responsible for my own investment decisions. I release Club 808 (including all Club 808 Parties) from any and all actions, claims, or demands that I may have now or in the future for any injury, harm, or loss related to the information provided at any of the Club 808 Events.

    No Endorsement. I understand Club 808 does not endorse or recommend any specific products, services, strategies, or companies. Any products, services, strategies, or companies discussed during Club 808 Events are for illustrative purposes only and should not be construed as recommendations or endorsement.

    Donations.  All donations received by Club 808 shall be considered unrestricted and may be used by Club 808 for any purpose.  Any donations that are designated for a particular purpose by the donor may be redirected to other purposes at the sole discretion of the organization and without notice to the donor.

    Medical Treatment. I hereby release and forever discharge Club 808 and the Club 808 Parties from any claim whatsoever which arises or may hereafter arise on account of any first-aid treatment or other medical services rendered in connection with an emergency or medical situation during my participation in a Club 808 Event. I give my consent for Club 808 to provide, administer, or obtain medical treatment for me. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

    Severability. In the event any provision of this Agreement is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, I understand that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

    Governing Law. I acknowledge this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, and any legal action arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the State of Washington. Accordingly, I hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the State of Washington.

    MINORS: This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement is executed on behalf of _____________________________________________________ (“Minor”) (please fill in the full legal name of the Minor), a minor child, by _________________________________________________ (please fill in the full legal name of the Guardian), the parent having legal custody and/or the legal guardianship of the Minor (the “Guardian”).

    By registering the Minor to participate in any of the Club 808 Events, I, as the parent or legal guardian, accept all the terms and conditions of this Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement on behalf of the Minor. I have read this document, and I am signing it freely. I understand the legal consequences of signing this document, including without limitation: (a) releasing Club 808 (including the Club 808 Parties) from all liability on my and the Minor’s behalf, (b) waiving my and the Minor’s right to sue Club 808 or any of the Club 808 Parties, (c) and assuming all risks of the Minor’s participation in all Club 808 Events. I hereby allow the Minor to participate in the Club 808 Events. I understand that I am responsible for: (i) monitoring and guiding the Minor corresponding to the applicable Club 808 Events; (ii) the obligations and acts of the Minor corresponding to the applicable Club 808 Events and as also described in this document. I agree to be bound by the terms of this document.

    I, the Participant, HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT AND EVENT RULES, FULLY UNDERSTANDING ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND I HAVE SIGNED IT FREELY AND WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT OR ASSURANCE OF ANY NATURE AND INTEND IT TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY TO THE GREATEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND AGREE THAT IF ANY PORTION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID, THE BALANCE, NOTWITHSTANDING, SHALL CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND AFFECT.

    By registering for Club 808 Events, I acknowledge that I have carefully read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to this Release and Waiver of Liability. I further understand that I have given up certain legal rights and that this document is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
